I Didn’t Always Feel Free
For a long time, I hid behind a version of myself that looked like I had it all together—successful, confident, polished.
But behind the scenes, I felt trapped.
I’d walked away from the corporate world of law and investment banking, built a fashion brand with my partner, and ticked all the boxes of ‘freedom’—but I was burnt out, disconnected, and out of alignment with my Soul.
Something inside me knew:
There has to be more than this.
More than striving.
More than proving.
More than playing by the rules of a world that never felt like me.
From Awakening To Alignment
In 2020, everything cracked open.
What started as a spiritual awakening became a total rebirth.
I discovered Theta Healing® and dove headfirst into the depths of my subconscious—identifying, reprogramming, and documenting over 3,500 subconscious beliefs rooted in fear, lack and limitation.
Most people have no idea they’re carrying this many limiting beliefs because they’ve been programmed in so subtly.
And what I found underneath it all was the truth of who I am—my mission, my gifts, my Divine Creator Power—and most importantly, inner peace.
The kind that can’t be bought or faked.
The kind that comes when you remember your Soul’s Truth.
I Didn’t Find My Modality
….I created it.
Along the way, I realised I wasn’t here to follow someone else’s method.
I was here to birth my own.
That’s when my Integration Activations came through—deep, powerful guided journeys that take you into your subconscious, emotions, physical body and energy field.
