I Didn’t Always Feel Free
For a long time, I hid behind a version of myself that looked like I had it all together—
Successful. Confident. Polished.
But behind the scenes, I felt trapped.
I’d walked away from the corporate world of law and investment banking, built a fashion brand with my partner, and ticked all the boxes of ‘freedom’—
But I was burnt out, disconnected, and out of alignment with my Soul.
Something inside me whispered:
There has to be more than this.
More than striving.
More than proving.
More than playing by rules that were never mine.
From Awakening To Alignment
In 2020, everything cracked open.
What began as a spiritual awakening became a total rebirth.
I discovered Theta Healing® and dove deep into my subconscious—identifying and reprogramming over 3,500 limiting beliefs rooted in fear, lack, and unworthiness.
At first, I thought healing them all would set me free—
But something still didn’t shift.
Then I realised:
I wasn’t broken—I was buried beneath what wasn’t mine.
That moment changed everything.
I stopped outsourcing my power and began trusting the truth within—my mission, gifts, and Creator Power.
That inner revolution—and five years researching the deepest, collectively held subconscious limiting beliefs keeping humanity stuck—became the foundation of my work.

I wasn’t here to follow someone else’s method or modality—
I was here to embody and activate a new frequency of healing.
