WHAT IS THETA HEALING®?
Theta Healing® is a meditation technique enabling you to access your subconscious mind where deeply-held beliefs, programmes & misunderstandings from previous (or parallel) lives have created negative energetic patterns which then create external limitation, lack or suffering in your life.
By identifying and releasing the subconscious limiting beliefs, programmes & misunderstandings holding you back, and downloading the most empowering, expansive & abundant ones to replace them, you shift your energy to create the positive energetic patterns which then manifest a new external reality of empowerment, expansion & abundance.

You can think of the ‘Downloads’ as similar to the film ‘The Matrix’ when Neo receives the program for Martial Arts within a matter of seconds. Your brain is the most powerful computer in the Universe and can be reprogrammed in exactly the same way.
It’s important to note that we’re not doing the Theta Healing® - the power and energy of ‘Creator Of All That Is’ does the healing. We’re just allowing and witnessing the healing to happen.

HOW DO I KNOW IF I HAVE A SUBCONSCIOUS LIMITING BELIEF?
Using Kinesiology and the wisdom of your body, you’ll ‘muscle test’ your body to see what your subconscious believes. Your body is the gateway to accessing your subconscious mind and it never lies.
As part of the Healing Activation, you’ll find a video where I explain 3 different ways to muscle test so you can discover the best way for YOU.
Once you have your preferred method, you’ll muscle test yourself for each of the collectively held subconscious limiting beliefs, programmes & misunderstandings which you’ll find in the 1st workbook. This allows you to identify which ones your subconscious believes so you know exactly what to clear during the Healing Activation.
Each Healing Activation comes with plenty of supporting videos, guidance & full instructions on how to receive the highest and best healing and transformation.
WHAT EXACTLY CAN I EXPECT DURING THE HEALING ACTIVATION?
During the Healing Activation, you’ll be seated in a relaxed position in the Theta brainwave state (between 4-7 Hz) which allows us access to your subconscious mind where your core beliefs, programmes & understandings are held.
I’ll guide you into the Theta brainwave state and be with you every step of the way. This state is one of deep meditation, however, you’ll be fully awake and aware as you need to verbally accept the healing for it to occur. So unlike hypnosis, you’ll be fully present and in FULL control the entire time.
All you need to do is follow my voice throughout the Healing Activation and when prompted, say ‘YES’ to accept the healing energy. Your subconscious mind will take care of the rest.
In addition to the Theta Healing®, I’ll also lead you through guided visualisations to show your subconscious mind the ‘how’. Imagery is the language of the subconscious mind and I’ve discovered this approach hugely accelerates the integration & deep cellular transformation, creating even faster results.
Please note that all Healing Activations are pre-recorded and you should only need to listen to it once for the healing to take place.
WHAT EXACTLY CAN I EXPECT AFTER THE HEALING ACTIVATION?
You’ll then download the 2nd workbook and follow the prompts to journal around anything that came up during the Healing Activation. So anywhere you felt like there was resistance to what was being released or new downloads being brought in, or anything of note that happened in the guided visualisations.
Journaling helps to 'make real' when you physically witness what's taken place on an energetic level.
